Alchemist's process begins with a need-based analysis to identify the client's goals and match them with the appropriate research approach. Upon identifying the client's needs, Alchemist professionals produce an iterative roadmap to address them, taking into account the client's desired level of involvement in the process and resources available for the project. Alchemist then executes the agreed-upon project plan to answer the questions the client has about its business, customers, or competitors, and can provide both onsite implementation and post-training feedback to ensure ongoing success.
